HOW CAN I LIST MY DESIGNED COMPLETE OUTFIT ON THE COMPLETE ATTIRE WEBSTORE?
After approved as a Designer.In your account page, New Products will get displayed under Marketplace Dashboard. Upload atleast 10 -15 Designed Product by completing the required fields.

Step 1 - Create a Simple Product
Create a simple Product separately for Jewelry Set and Accessories if any [shoes or bags] by completing the following required fields and click Save, After saved, the newly added product will display in the "My Products List" with Pending Status. Once Complete Attire admin approves, the products will be in Active status.

Care InstructionsStep 2 - Create a Grouped Product for the main sets like Pant Sets OR Dress Sets OR Skirt Sets OR Jumpsuit Sets OR Romper Sets and add the simple products like Jewelry Sets and Accessories to the Grouped Product in the "Add Products to Group" section.
Step 3 - Once approved by Complete Attire Admin, and you've made a listing in store! and the product is ready to sell.

WHAT CAN I SELL ON COMPLETE ATTIRE?
Complete Attire is a marketplace for Women Complete Outfit with Jewelry sets and accessories. Please refrain from listing items that do not fall into these categories. Attempt to sell replicas or fakes risk immediate and permanent suspension from Complete Attire. If we feel that your listing violates these guidelines in any way, we reserve the right to remove it and may take other actions, including restricting your future buying and selling privileges on Complete Attire. -

WHAT ARE THE FEES FOR SELLING ON COMPLETE ATTIRE?
All sales under $15, Complete Attire takes a flat commission of $2.95. For sales of $15 or more, you keep 80% of your sale and Complete Attire commission is 20%. Once your sale has been delivered and received by your buyer, the earnings from your sale are yours.
We handle the financial transaction including paying credit card transaction fees, provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label, and we will serve as your customer support team for your sale. In other words, we provide a simple end-to-end platform for selling your Designed outfits.
20% Commission of your sale is not applicable to all members. Designers will be tiered Diamond,Gold,Silver and Bronze.
12% commission for Diamond Tier : > $20,000 Annual Sales
15% commission for Gold Tier : > $15,000 Annual Sales
18% commission Silver Tier : > $10,000 Annual Sales
20% commission Bronze Tier : < $5,000 Annual Sales -

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES ON COMPLETE ATTIRE?
Complete Attire provides a flat rate of $8.76 for expedited shipping for all orders. Each order is shipped using 3-5 day FedEx Ground. -

HOW DO I SHIP ONCE PRODUCT IS SOLD?
When your item sells, we automatically send you a prepaid, pre-addressed FedEx shipping label. Please ensure you use our shipping label to ship out your order to avoid any delay in receiving your earnings, as each label has a tracking number connected with each order for us to track on our end. If our shipping label is not used, we cannot compensate or reimburse users if a package is lost in transit since we will not have access to any tracking information. When you receive our shipping label, we recommend you print it out and ship out your sale as soon as possible, as the buyer is expecting their item! Sellers have to ship within 2-3 days of purchase. Please note that if your sale remains unshipped by the 7th day, the buyer can cancel the order and also Complete Attire reserves the right to automatically cancel any order that remains unshipped by the 8th day after purchase. -

WHAT KIND OF BOXES CAN I USE TO SHIP OUT MY ORDER?
Complete Attire gives the packaging materials and send the packaging instructions separately via email once the Designed product is uploaded and approved by Complete Attire Sales Admin.
Luxury Complete Attire Brand boxes like E flute Boxes, Magnetic Boxes, Small/Medium/Large Jewelery boxes with Complete Attire Logo will be sold separately to the Designer if needed, Otherwise they can ship their items in the default free Complete Attire Packaging materials sent by us. -

WHAT ITEMS INCUR SALES TAX?
Complete Attire is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax, as applicable, per state and local tax laws or where Complete Attire is otherwise obligated to do so. Sales tax is generally imposed on all sales of tangible personal property like clothing, jewelry, shoes, and accessories. -

HOW DO I GET PAID AFTER MY SALE?
When your item sells and After the buyer receives the item, . Once all the return windows are completed for order, Complete Attire releases the money to the Seller Account after 30 days from the date of Product sold. -

WHAT WILL HELP MY LISTING SELL FASTER?
Sell your items quickly by following these helpful tips: Use great lighting when taking pictures and follow the Complete Attire model of displaying the product with a white background. Write a detail description for your listing by including the color, size, material, measurements, Share your listing with followers or friends through Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, email ..etc. by providing the social media ids in sellers profile.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF SOMEONE ASKS ME TO TAKE A TRANSACTION OFFLINE?
Purchasing or selling an item listed on Complete Attire using any means other than Complete Attire checkout is called an "offline transaction" and is prohibited. When payment for the full value of the item is not exchanged through the Complete Attire system, we cannot guarantee that both parties ship and transact as promised. If we don't process payment, we aren't able to refund the buyer or the seller. -

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY BUYER HAS REPORTED MY ITEM AS NOT AS DESCRIBED?
When a buyer reports a problem with their order, the Complete Attire Customer Service team will ask them to submit supporting documentation including photos and a list of issues. Our team will review the photos and information provided, the designer's listing like photos, description to come to a resolution. We recommend that all designers accurately describe their items by uploading clear photos with detailed descriptions.Both the buyer and seller will be notified via email once there is a resolution. To avoid a problem with a sale, we advise sellers to be as descriptive and detailed as possible when creating your listings.
