Buyers have fifteen (15) calendar days to return an item from the date they received it, subject to the following conditions:
Items that are eligible for return or exchange:
i)Items must be in their original condition, i.e., unwashed and unworn. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for return.
ii)Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
iii)The Item must be in the original packaging.
iv)The receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned Item.
v)Buyer must request and receive a Return Authorization from the Seller before sending the Item back.
Your purchase is protected every time you purchase on Complete Attire. You can file for a refund if the order is incorrect, Item not as described, and for incorrect or missing items. The following are not covered: Item does not fit, It's not your style, changed mind, transactions made out of Complete Attire.
A full refund will be provided only if your refund claim is within 15 days of delivery; We will verify your request and send you a label to return the order to the Seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within seven days of approval to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, all sales are final. However, a shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange. Complete Attire releases the payment to the Seller once the return window is completed. Complete Attire cannot guarantee a refund if the refund requirements are not met.
Once we receive your Item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the Item. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
