But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund.If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?
Items are in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
Items which are damaged or defective may be returned at any time
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Returns Shipping
A prepaid return label will be included with most purchases. Ship eligible returns prepaid and insured, and include a copy of the receipt so your credit can be easily processed.
